In 2016, I started working with The CS Group, and it was a game-changer for me. It made me realize my passion for creating online strategies. The CS Group, founded in 2009, includes three companies: CS Debt Counselling, CS Clear, and CS Insure. They help people with debt management, ITC clearance, and insurance.
Over the years, I’ve helped them build their online presence. We set up a CRM system to manage their clients, a WhatsApp API for easy team and client communication, and an online booking system for virtual consultations. Their email marketing system now sends out important updates and keeps their clients informed.
Working with The CS Group has been an incredible learning experience. I’ve seen how a strong online strategy can drive success, and this partnership has shown me how much I enjoy helping businesses grow online. Their success is a great example of what a well-planned digital presence can achieve.
